It’s been a busy week because we’ve been sorting out our porch which has some damp issues. Fun times!

I did manage to bake some panis quadratus a.k.a. Ancient Roman bread. It was VERY nice. Definitely making this again. Although probably not with the string… I used this recipe but I also added some nigella seeds which added some nice flavour. The Romans used nigella seeds so that is a totally legit addition! :-)

Over on YouTube I shared a video about my trip to Denmark last month. It was nice to look back on my trip although it did make me feel a bit homesick… and it took ages to edit the video. But I learnt some new tricks in the process so it’s all good.

Alright, that is it from me for now, there’s still work to be done on the porch!
